How we work is a fixed price for our general contracting fee based on the project and all other supplies and work are at cost. Even if you make changes through the project, our fee stays the same. If you want a more expensive bathtub, our fee stays the same and you just pay for the more expensive bathtub. This brings trust into the equation and you see every receipt and invoice for our cost for products and sub-contractors we employ so you know we aren't trying to make an extra dime more than we should.
